郑明辉

郑明辉,男,研究员,博士生导师,环境化学与生态毒理学国家重点实验室副主任。主要从事持久性有机污染物相关研究。作为联合国环境规划署特邀专家,参加编写《全球POPs监测技术导则》和《全球二恶英类污染源调查技术导则》。目前还担任斯德哥尔摩公约全球持久性有机污染物监测亚太区域协调委员会负责人,联合国环境规划署暨斯德哥尔摩公约秘书处持久性有机污染物监测全球协调委员会委员,他在国内履约的技术支持和国际履约技术协调方面占有重要地位。

社会服务

郑明辉长期从事持久性有机污染物(POPs)相关研究。是科技部“十二五”863计划资源环境技术领域环境与健康保障技术主题专家组召集人,973项目首席科学家,863重点项目负责人。主持国家自然科学基金重点项目2项,国家自然科学基金重大国际合作项目1项。现担任斯德哥尔摩公约全球POPs监测亚太区域组织委员会主席,POPs监测全球协调委员会委员,他协调亚洲46个签约国,领衔编写《亚太区域POPs监测报告》;参加编写《全球POPs监测技术导则》和《全球二恶英类污染源调查技术导则》。他所领导的团队提出的中国二恶英排放清单被列入国务院批准的《国家履约实施计划》,成为国家制定二恶英减排对策的依据。

领导的团队还发现了在使用禾草为原料的制浆造纸过程以及氯苯类化工生产过程二恶英的生成机理,其成果被列入联合国环境规划署2005年以5种语言发布的《全球二恶英清单调查指南》。首次提出使用钙剂阻滞剂控制焚烧设施二恶英的生成,发明生活垃圾焚烧阻滞二恶英生成新技术,该项成果已获准3项国家发明专利和1项国际PCT专利。该技术已在国内3座1000t/d的生活垃圾焚烧炉开展工程示范应用。
